If you are a session chair, please review the Session Chair Guidelines in advance.
At the time of presentation, all presenting authors must collectively disclose ALL relevant commercial interests using this CCC disclosure slide template.
Authors with no commercial interests to declare must still use the template and indicate they have nothing to disclose.
