• Would be done in association with a teaching hospital (Montreal Heart for 2010)
• Support fee: $75,000
• Previous CCC supporter
• Multi-year commitment (2+ years)
• Provide boxed lunch, costs extra
• Audio visual, costs extra
• CCS Accredited
• Program development must be led by medical faculty from site |
GRAND PATRON/SYMPOSIUM SUPPORTER ($85,000)
• Priority selection of a time slot for one accredited symposium
• Priority selection of one complimentary 10’ x 10’ booth space location
• One full page, placement in each of the CCC printed publications
• Two complimentary exhibitor badges
• Four complimentary CCC full delegate registrations
