Congress registration is 100% on-line and available until Tuesday October 19, 2010. After this date, registration must be done on-site in Montréal beginning October 22, 2010.

The following registration categories are available to persons with an exhibiting company.

• Universal Exhibitor (Access to the Community Forum and Scientific Program)
• Exhibitor Registration (Access to the Community Forum only)
• Accredited Symposia Staff (Access to the Symposia room only on the day of the event)

Payment Method
Registration fees must be paid in full by the appropriate registration deadline (early or late); otherwise the next fee category will apply.

Payment can be made by credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express) at time of registration, cheque (made payable to CCC 2010). You will be asked to provide your Customer Verification Number (CVN) when paying by credit cared (located at the back of the credit card). Post-dated cheques will not be accepted. Any bank charges incurred must be paid by the registrant and will not be reimbursed by the CCC Secretariat.

Acknowledgement
Once you have completed and submitted your registration on-line, you will receive an automatic e-mail acknowledgement of your registration for Congress. The e-mail will contain a unique reference number (Ref#) which will allow you to go back into your personal registration account to update contact information or make a delegate substitution.

If you have selected to pay by cheque, you must include a printed copy of your registration confirmation (sent to you by e-mail) with your payment to ensure your payment is applied to your registration. Please send your payment before the fee deadline; otherwise the late fee will apply.

Internet Secure, a third-party e-commerce service provider on a secure server, will be collecting e-commerce and cardholder financial information. If you have paid by credit card you will instantly receive a second e-mail confirming your credit card transaction from Internet Secure.

Registration Cancellation and Refunds
THERE IS NO REFUND OR CREDIT FOR UNUSED REGISTRATIONS OR PRIORITY CODES.
Requests for refunds for registration cancellation or registration category adjustment must be sent in writing and received by the CCC Secretariat prior to September 24, 2010. A $50 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes) will apply. Registration fees are non-refundable after September 24, 2010. Cancelled registrations are non-transferable.

Cancelled activities are not refundable once purchased.

Substitutions
Substitutions can be made without penalty up until September 24, 2010. Return to your original registration account by entering your reference number located at the top right corner of your confirmation e-mail. After September 24, requests for substitutions will be accepted in writing by the Congress Secretariat and will be subject to a $50 administrative fee (plus applicable taxes).

On-site Registration and badge pick-up
All representatives registering on-site must show proof of company affiliation in the form of a business card or a letter of authorization from the Exhibit Coordinator.

Badges will not be mailed prior to the event. Badges must be picked up on an individual basis at the Exhibitor Registration Desk. Representatives will be required to show personal identification and valid affiliation with the exhibitor before their badges will be released.

Group badge pick-up is not permitted.
