Housing
Tourisme Montréal is the CCC’s exclusive and official housing bureau for the Annual Canadian Cardiovascular Congress 2010.

Individuals requiring hotel reservations must first register to attend CCC, after which time they can immediately confirm a room reservation by linking directly to the housing bureau. Alternatively a personal access code will be provided on their registration confirmation to use when making a room reservation at a later date through Tourisme Montréal. Reservations cannot be done through the housing bureau without the personal access code. So, register early for CCC and you can book early to secure your preferred hotel choice!

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation prior to October 12, 2010, you may do so on-line or by sending an email to reservation@tourisme-montreal.org. After October 12, 2010, you must contact your hotel directly for changes and cancellations.

You must cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date or your credit card will be charged for 1 night’s room and tax.

A credit card for one night’s room and tax deposit is required to complete your hotel reservation. The hotel will not charge a deposit if you cancel your reservation seventy-two (72) hours prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Air Travel
Montreal is served by the Montréal – Pierre Elliott Trudeau International Airport (Airport Code: YUL).

Air Canada is the official airline for CCC 2010. All Tango Plus fares and those in higher categories are eligible for a 10% discount. The discount is applied automatically when the flight is booked. To book a flight, go to www.aircanada.com and enter promotion code FX99N3T1 in the search panel (valid for travel between October 15, 2010 and November 3, 2010).

Porter Airlines offers CCC 2010 attendees a 10% discount on all fare classes. Porter provides complimentary in-flight snacks and beverages (including beer and wine). The discounted fares are available for travel to and from CCC2010 Montréal between October 21 to October 29. WestJet offers a 10% discount on the best available regular fare (excludes web and promotional fares). Discounted rates are available three days prior and three days after CCC2010. Rail Travel
VIA Rail Canada offers a discount of 10% off the best available fare for CCC2010. The discount does not apply to Economy Special fares (YS) or Business Supersaver (JX). Hotel Shuttle
Many downtown hotels offer a shuttle service. Please check with your hotel directly.

Airport Taxis & Limousines
Taxis and limousines are available at the arrivals level near the central exit located in front of the cloakroom, where a dispatcher will assist you. No reservation is required. Taxi fares are by meter or a fixed fare may be requested.

Montréal-Trudeau / Downtown

Parking
For attendees who plan on driving to the Palais des congrès, all parking is available on a first come, first served basis, including handicap-accessible parking. The Palais is located near two expressways and is easily accessible. There are two additional pay parking facilities nearby.

Palais des congrès de Montréal parking
• the Viger indoor car park houses 400 spots. It is located at 1025 Chéneville, between Jeanne-Mance and Saint-Urbain.

Neighbouring parking
• the Quartier International de Montréal indoor car park can accommodate 1,200 vehicles. It is located at 249 Saint-Antoine West.

Parking rates
• Maximum $16 (12 hours or fewer) or $19 (13 to 24 hours) (Rates are subject to change)

Shuttle Service
All CCC contracted hotels are within walking distance to the Palais. No shuttle service will be offered.
