Where do I register for the Congress in Vancouver?

To register for the Congress or to obtain your registration package, you will need to make your way to the Registration Desk located in the main lobby of the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre, 999 Canada Place.

Is there a shuttle service between the Vancouver Exhibition and Convention Centre and the official CCC 2006 hotels?

All official congress hotels are within walking distance to the Vancouver Convention & Exhibition Centre, there will be no shuttle service provided.

The Vancouver transit system, TransLink, is made up of a network of buses and unique services such as the SeaBus and SkyTrain. TransLink provides transit services covering over 1800 square kilometers of the Greater Mainland of Vancouver. Day passes are available at Vancouver Touristinfo Centre located in the main lobby of the Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre or at fare dealers throughout the city.

I am attending an official Congress scientific session held in a hotel, do I need to wear a Congress name badge?

Yes, Congress name badges must be worn by all participants and are required to access all Scientific Sessions, Exhibition Hall, and official Congress social functions either at the Vancouver Exhibition and Convention Centre or official Congress hotels.

How do I obtain my Certificate of Attendance?

You can create your own customized Certificate of Attendance on-site or by visiting the Congress web site after the conclusion of the Congress, at www.cardiocongress.org and following the easy step-by-step instructions. You will need to retain your badge insert for your records.

When and where will the CCC 2007 be held?

Next year’s Congress will be held in Quebec City from October 20 –24, 2007.
