Welcome of the 2nd issue of the Congress Bulletin!

Message from CCS Scientific Program Chair

Todd Anderson, MD

The 2006 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress promises to continue in the tradition of past meetings in providing excellence in cardiovascular research and education. On behalf of myself and Charlie Kerr the Annual Meeting Chair, the Scientific Program Committee and the staff of the CCS has worked incredibly hard this year to put together a superlative meeting. The science to be presented in the form of over 550 abstracts in the 9 learning tracks looks to be outstanding.
