Call for LBFCT
Late Breaking and Featured Clinical Trial Submissions

Trials are intended to highlight studies that will significantly impact clinical practice.
 
Submissions in the Canadian context are strongly encouraged!
 
Deadline: Monday, June 30, 2008 - midnight (EDT)
 
2008 Have a Heart Bursary Program
 
Canadian Cardiovascular Society Academy (CCSA) is calling for applicants for the 2008 Have a Heart Bursary Program
 
The Have a Heart Bursary Program is a travel bursary designed to introduce promising Canadian medical students, postgraduate trainees and basic scientists-in-training to the cardiovascular sciences by attending the Canadian Cardiovascular Congress (CCC).

The CCC is an outstanding venue for students to learn and meet the Canadian leaders in cardiovascular medicine.  Don't delay! The application deadline is June 30th, 2008. Submit online at:  www.ccs.ca.

Note: Applicants should be committed to a future career in Canada. Those already established in a cardiovascular residency program are not eligible to apply.
Toronto City Night
 
Dress Red at this year's Fun Night gala in support of the Heart and Stroke's The Heart Truth Campaign!
 
The evening will take place at the Heritage Court and Direct Energy Center on the grounds of the Canadian National Exhibition.
