| Guidelines |
- An Interactive Exhibit is limited to 30 participants. Up to 2hrs.
- When preparing an Interactive Exhibit, consider that an effective session:
- is based on needs of participants;
- learning objectives describing what the participants will learn or achieve must be formulated from the needs assessment and written from the participants perspective;
- has high scientific merit;
- has relevant and timely topic and content;
- is balanced and objective;
- provides an opportunity for interaction and evaluation by participants (25%).
- Costs for audio-visual equipment, food and beverage as well as other related charges are the responsibility of the sponsor. Sponsors are required to use the official CCC 2009 audio-visual supplier.
- All Interactive Exhibit of CCC 2009 must occur at a time and place in a meeting venue officially designated by the CCS.
- All speakers must register and pay all applicable fees. With each 10x10 booth you will receive one (1) complimentary universal exhibitor registration and one (1) complimentary exhibitor registration.
- Interactive Exhibit will not be published in the Preliminary Program or the Final Program or in any other documentation related to science presented at CCC.

To promote your Interactive Exhibit the following advertising opportunities are available:
- Bulletin advertising: $5,000 / banner advertisement. Any messaging beyond the Interactive Exhibit is limited to corporate advertising.
- Your company and product will be listed in the ECG Congress publication as part of your 10x10 booth benefits.
- Use of the HSFC logo is not permitted.
- Sponsors may display signs during the session. Signs (30" x 36") are permitted in the Convention Centre in locations to be determined by the CCS. An additional sign is permitted in the facility where the Interactive Exhibit takes place, unless otherwise indicated.
- Signs may not be displayed prior to the Interactive Exhibit and must be removed immediately after the completion of the Interactive Exhibit.
- Sponsors may display a booth sign promoting the unaccredited workshop. The sign should not be larger than 30" x 36".

| Fee |

The fee for hosting an Interactive Exhibit at CCC is $7,500. In addition to the fee, the supporter must purchase a 10x10 booth in the exhibit hall. |
