The 2012 Canadian Cardiovascular Congress (CCC) warmly welcomes its presenters!

As a speaker, your expertise and talents are invaluable to the educational experience. You were selected to provide the most current and accurate scientific and educational information and present it in a way that engages your audience.

At the time of presentation, all presenting authors must collectively disclose ALL relevant commercial interests using this CCC disclosure slide template.

Authors with no commercial interests to declare must still use the template and indicate they have nothing to disclose.
